Bernard Smalls is a teacher and preacher of the Word of faith. He started and was the pastor of Prevailing Word Outreach Church in Anchorage, Alaska in 1985 and was fulltime pastor for 10 years. PWOC was the first Word of faith Church in the city. Mr. Smalls has since moved into a more “marketplace” apostolic ministry while still teaching and helping churches. His impact in the area of marketplace ministry has been in the areas of customer service, leadership, and sales excellence from a biblical perspective.
