Hi there! I'm Andy Brewerton and I'm the curate in the parish of Great Clacton on the east coast of England. Great Clacton is a very big parish, and we look after two congregations - St John's and St Mark's. The folks here are great and it's a really good place for me to train.

I was born in 1970 and grew up in Margate by the seaside. Then after being invited along to a men's group at my local church I became a Christian at the age of 24. The rest as they say is history!

In 2002 I was selected for training in the Church of England and in the summer that year we started at Oak Hill College in Southgate, London. College life taught us a great deal - including just how much we have to learn! But seriously, if you're thinking of doing some study then I couldn't reccommend it highly enough.

We left college in 2005 and moved here to Clacton and my title post. I'm married to Amanda and we have two boys: Nicholas and Jamie.

The great thing about a site like this is that we can encorage each other in our faith together. And if you find any of my little talks helpful in your Christian life then that's absolutely great. To Him be the glory!
